Massage
Massage therapy means many things to many people as the profession has evolved significantly over time. There are numerous styles, techniques and approaches and most therapists will combine different modalities into their practice. Massage is beneficial in bringing about relaxation; a reduction in stress, pain and muscle tension; increasing joint mobility and improving lymph flow.
My approach varies based on client requirements and incorporates relaxation, myofascial release and neuromuscular techniques. Safe and nurturing touch are paramount to how I work, less is more when it comes to the nervous system.
